  • The nicotine in tobacco is a stimulant and will increase heart rate, cause breathing to be rapid, and lower appetite. It is also highly addictive and makes users smoke whenever the body is low on nicotine.
  • Alcohol is a depressant and will cause the body to lower its heart rate, impair coordination, and lower reaction time. Long term consumption of alcohol will cause severe damage to the liver.
  • Ecstasy/Molly is a hallucinogenic drug that causes visual hallucinations, dehydration, and nausea. Long term usage may lead to brain damage and increase chance for an overdose.
