  • VV: If wedon’t create a revenue model in order to attract investors our company will die Reza!
  • Reza: Well what do you propose then?
  • VV: Why don't we charge for the extra services we can provide? The fundamental concept of connecting ventures with VC's for free will always remain the same.
  • Reza: What’re you proposing?
  • VV: In the first tier, we can offer advanced data analytics and create a software that pairs companies with VC's based on the types of investments the VC's typically makes, the amount of capital they're trying to raise, and the resources we believe each firm excels in
  • VV: I have a few ideas. To start, we create a subscription service with 2 tiers geared toward the ventures because they make up the majority of the users
  • VV: The next tier will...
  • VV: Finding capital is the hardest part of being a new venture, we're their only hope, we offer something nobody else can, and at a greater scale than any other competitor
  • Reza: Wait, you really don't think that we will drive away users from the platform?
  • Reza: Paying for recruiting contradicts our offering of been free
  • VV: Our original offering is to connect investors with VC's, this is its own side of the business. We're also going to change the applicants 10 dollars a month to use the recruitment aspect. Think of it like a LinkedIn premium account, the basic service is free but you can pay for more perks. Lastly, we can have ventures fill out a needs section and based on their preferences we can sidebar advertise things such as legal council and Industry consultants
  • Reza: I feel like this just takes away from our promise VV
