- At age 29,Siddharta Gautama ventured out side of his palace and I covered human sufferunbg,needless to day he was shocked.
- Wow!I can’t believe my eyes
- Gautama then left his life outside of the palace to pursue a religious ascetic,and try to find the reason to suffering,He made meager changes in his life like not bathing and not eating to try to live his lifestyle out.
- One day as he was meditating under a tree he received enlightenment,this enlightenment was the principal teachings of Buddhism.Because of this he got the name “enlightened one” or Buddha

- THE FOUR NOBLE TRUTHS Buddhist teachings are found in the Holy book,know as the Tripitaka or the Sutras.In these books the Buddha issued The Four Noble Truths. 1.Dunkkha- All life is suffering 2.Samudaya-There is a cause for suffering 3.Nirodha-There is an end to suffering 4.Magga -In order to end suffrening you must follow the eightfold path.

- One day during his religious journey as he was sitting under a tree meditating he revived enlightenment,this enlightenment were the principles teachings of Buddhism.
