- Hello, Steve. It is nice having you today, although I wanted to start a little earlier. I would just make sure to be earlier next time. Okay Steve? Lets get started with the interview.
- Um... yep I definitely have what your looking for. I do what I am told, nothing more: nothing less. And I never get distracted.
- When I hire somebody, I like to look for hard working people with a sense of professionalism. Do you have what it takes to be a good employee?
- Professionalism? What is that?
- I don't think you get the grasp of what I want in an employee. When I say, "I expect professionalism," I mean it.
- Professionalism means being dependable, being prepared, and coming on time. It also means you have to dress and make yourself presentable, but it doesn't stop there.
