- I don’t want to accept the news, it is not true! I wouldn’t allow it to sink in! That is my best friend! my safe haven!
- We were very close to each other to the point that he wanted to adopt me and raise me as his own flesh and blood. That was the best thing that could happen but it didn’t go as planned. I received the worst news in my entire life.
- I think my life and journey in life ended after my PapaLo died. I don’t want to continue and be happy because the main reason for my existence is gone.

- Then it all sinked in. All the things that I have done sinked in, I realized that I deserved all the pain for the unpleasant things I did. I took advantage of my time and the people that surround me.

- Maybe that was the turning point of my life, it happened because I needed something or someone to let me realize that I am still capable of changing the ways I follow…
- I have to change my ways and become a better person for me to have a bright future. If I become better and wiser, I may find another set of people that would be a great help in teaching and encouraging me.
- Those experiences bring lessons that helped me become the person I am today. I am still the same person who still makes mistakes and bad decisions but I am better and wiser than before. One thing I learned in my life is that those bad chapters in your story will not be a hindrance in achieving and dreaming for a happy ending. There are people who will be happy to help and understand, you just need to be a better person to treat and understand yourself.
- I am happy and grateful that I have opened my eyes and mind for me to see the beauty of scars and be able to fight the inner demons that keep tempting me to hurt myself.
