- Joan has already logged in and so lands on the menu page
- I need to remember to record my travel today. I would really like to earn more credits so I will take the bus.

- Joan has gotten onto the bus and is on her way to work.
- I should start my journey now, through the travel diary page.

- Joan has arrived at work after her bus ride.
- I have arrived so now I can end my journey.
- She presses the save trip button to end her trip.

- Joan is feeling mindful due to the app's tracking of her usage.
- Whilst Joan is at work she often uses the printer.
- The printer will automatically record her paper and printer usage. And send it to her app.
- I should try and use less paper, to get more credits.
- While at work Joan checks her Print usage.
- Joan is feeling proud and happy due to her decreased usage of paper and printing.
