  • 4 ways you, as a teacher, will help parents share their voice.1. Make sure to include the parents in whatever happens to the child2. I will keep in mind how hard the process is for the parents so I would remind them to feel comfortable with me when talking about their childs condition.3. I will also be felxible with their parents busy schedules to make sure I have the right amount of time to listen to their parents on what they want to do with their child. 4. I will make sure that the parents are an equal partner in their childs education, and remind them that they will always have a say in the education thay is neing given to their child because at the end of the day it is their child and they have the right to want the best education for them.
  • This is a very sad moment to think about knowing that a mom spent 9 months carrying her child who she thought was healthy, but ended up being born with certain conditons that would set them back a little.
  • In these images it recants most of the moments in her life where the specialist told her parents to give up but as loving parents they chose no to do so which was the right thing to do for their child. As you can Gina was able to live happy life with so many great moments, which says that having a disability does not stop you from enjoyng life.
  • It is extremely important that as an educator you must keep the parents and show them that they have a say in their childs education, and that he or she only deserves the best.
