- This makes a question of, how can you have a fair trail if the party in control of the judicail branch already has a decision for you?

- the peoples right to due process was violated trials lasted less than a day. 8 people were also sentenced to death

- this case is a clear example of a violation to human rightsit shows how the judicial system can easily negativly change an individuals life.everybody deserves and has the right to a fair trial and jury with due process
