  • The Shisa Virus is still on the rise in Springville, but we have hope now. We should arrange a meeting with the mayor and inform her about the findings.
  • We have managed to keep the public calm by sharing information using the radio broadcasts, we have the situation under control.
  • We've got no time to waste team! a plan of action must be implemented fast so that we enroll vaccinations quicker.
  • Honourable mayor, as the task team investigating the Shisa virus we have done a series of studies and have now come to the conclusion.
  • We started with a quantitative, cross-sectional study, aiming to identify the vulnerable population and to understand the rate at which the virus was spreading in order to determine the next course of action and implement vaccinations if needed
  • Springville Task Team
  • After hearing the public's concern regarding the safety of vaccines, we then decided to conduct a qualitative study to understand how people feel about vaccines
  • Springville Task Team
  • We conducted focus groups and allowed the public to share their views on vaccinations and we discovered that the majority of people are vaccine hesitant.
  • We then wondered if vaccine hesitant was as a result of the lack of knowledge on vaccines. we therefore conducted a mixed method study which was to allow us to have a better outlook of where the issue lies.
  • Springville Task Team
  • We employed the convergence design and conducted qualitative and quantitative phase simultaneously to find out if people are knowledgable about vaccines and to understand their perception and motivation towards vaccines. Results were then interpreted and compared.
  • We are now here, your worship, to present to you the alarming findings that people are not knowledgeable on vaccinations therefore they cannot make informed decisions to vaccinate.
  • I thank you for all the hard work you have done. But I am not so happy with those findings. What must we do now? We need a quicker solution and get people vaccinated to save lives!
  • Springville Task Team
  • Do not worry, your worship. Everybody has got a role to play, we have made a few recommendations.
  • We recommend that there should be transparency with regards to vaccine roll-outs. The public must be educated on vaccines and the healthcare providers should spearheard awareness campaigns and give proper education to their patients.
  • Springville Task Team
  • Wonderful, I will arrange radio broadcast and TV interviews to get this information out there and emphasize on the open-door policy so that we can move forward with the vaccination processes.
