- We see how peaceful Main Street is. Take a walk around and see kids playing and Women Gossiping.#160; We see how nice this neighborhood is and it sets up that the thing that they are fighting for and what they all don't want to lose.
- Climax
- We see a meteor in the sky and everyone starts to get scared and suspicious. Tommy explains to the group that this seems like something out of his comic books where Aliens come to Earth and take over a town. The town then loses all of its power.
- Falling Action
- People start making up reasons and accusing people for being aliens and all the weird things that other people do. Everyone is scared for what is going to happen next and who is going to get accused.#160;
- Resolution
- Charlie shoots Pete Van Horn because he looks like a figure that possibly could be an alien.
- People start accusing Charlie that he is the alien because his lights in his house turned on. Then Charlie accuses Tommy and the whole town goes into pandemonium.
- We see 2 figures looking down on Maple Street seeing the chaos that is happening and we realize that we are our greatest enemy.
