- Pilate was amazed that Jesus still wouldn't say anything!

- Each year, Pilate could set free one prisoner. The crowds wanted the bad man, Barrabus, to be set free instead of Jesus.

- We want Jesus dead!
- The soldiers took Jesus to the courtyard to make fun of him and hit him.
- Oh wow, King of the Jews, we worship you!

- When soldiers gave Jesus something to help with pain, Jesus said NO! He chose to feel all the pain.
