- Detention With Mr.Avery
- The Car Crash
- Allergic Reaction
- Nate, Bronwyn, Addy, Cooper and Simon are all in detention for Mr.Avery. Addy, Cooper, and Bronwyn claim that the phones that Mr.Avery found weren't theirs. Simon relized that he doesn't have his water bottle so he asked Mr.Avery for water.
- The Police Question the four
- As the kids are in detention they hear a loud crash. They look out the window and see a car accident in front of the school. Mr.Avery leaves the students alone in the class to see the accident.
- Become Suspects
- While Mr.Avery is outside Simon drinks his water and starts having an allergic reaction. The students can't find Simons Epipen so they call 911. Simon is rushed to the hospital but he later dies.
- The truth
- Cheater
- The police test Simons cup and they find traces of peanut oil and determine thats the cause for the reaction. Days after Simons death the four are questioned by police during school.
- The police find new information that could lead to who killed Simon so they set up meetings with the students separately with their lawyer. The police showed them a "about that" post Simon was going to publish. This post included rumors and secrets about the four that they wouldn''t have wanted to get out. Their all suspects in the murder
- Once Addy realizes that Jake will eventually find out about her cheating with his friend TJ she decides that it would be better if she told him about it. He didn't take it well and punched his wall, he makes Addy cry and leave his house.
