- Scott: That sounds like a great idea! I will reach out to gamers and disability advocates to figure out how we can help them!
- Scott: Hey Jake, this is Scott calling from the Microsoft office. We are surveying gamers and disability advocates about how we can make the xbox easier to use for people with disabilities.

- Jake: Hey Scott, thanks for reaching out. Ive been hearing a lot in the gaming community about how gamers with disabilities are having trouble opening the packaging and using the computer
- Scott: Hey Mark, I've consulted gamers and disability advocates, and the problem they are having is opening the controller packaging and using the controller

- Mark: Then we should create a product thats easy to open and use for people with disabilities.

- Scott: Here it is! An easy accessible package for gamers with disabilities!
- Jake: No way! They actually created a new product thats easier to open and use for people with disabilities.
- Jake: Wow! It really worked! People with disabilities can finally open the package and play with ease.
