- It's so Hot today! i want to go outside and play with my friends. Grandma, why is it so hot today?
- Well, JM sun is always hot anyway; especially during this summer season, the sun's energy is arriving shorter wavelengths than the usual.
- oh! really Grandma? the heat of the sun can cause me sunburn if i go outside today? We might go inside now and listen to a music instead.
- Did you know that wavelengths from sun produces lights such as red, orange, yellow, green, blue and violet. But extreme wavelengths can harm us such as skin disease or sunburn.
- I love listening to your explanation about Electromagnetic Spectrum Grandma! It is very informative, different waves are useful in our lives. It has only negative and positive ways that can affect us.
- Did you know also JM that in our daily lives we used different waves? This is what we called Electromagnetic Spectrum. Infrared and X-ray waves can be used to human and animals but too much exposure to infrared cam damage our eyes and body
- Also, we have radio waves that we usually used for communication using transmitters and received by radio receivers using antenna.
