  • A Children's BookBy Tyler Blehm
  • However, photosynthesis is not the only way that organisms receive their energy. By using some of the oxygen I produce, my friends Beatrice and Beau are able to harness their energy through cellular respiration!
  • With the help of Sebastion the Sun, carbon dioxide, and water, I'm able to make the glucose and oxygen I need to feed myself!
  • THE END
  • Ultimately, some of the carbon dioxide produced by mammalsduring cellular respiration gets back to me. All of us organisms in an ecosystem rely on one another. We are a team!
  • Sebastion helps to start the process of photosynthesis, and oxygen produced by this process is used by mammals, and us plants, for cellular respiration. That's right! Plants respirate too!
  • Thanks to Sebastion, and each other, us organismsare able to receive the energy we need to survive. Thanks Sebastion!
