  • we should start using daylight saving time to save energy!
  • ya great idea!
  • Scene 2 America, March 19th, 1918
  •  Using collective learning were going to build off Germany and start Using Daylight saving time too!
  • Yes we should! Lets announce it at the congress meeting tomorrow!
  • Scene 3 America, After World War 1 ended
  • Attention everyone! we are not going to use daylight saving time anymore it is fairly not useful now.
  • Germany was the first to use Daylight saving time on May 1st 1916 and paved the path for Daylight saving time to evolve.
  • scene 4 America February 9th 1942
  • you know Germany's idea of using day light saving time is actually pretty good. They've inspired me to use collective learning and build off of them and make a year round daylight saving time day. And I should call it war time!
  • A little over two years later America followed in Germany's foot steps and started using daylight saving time.

  • sorry Franklin but your day isn't going to be a thing anymore, but we will credit you in the new passage we're about to pass that you in a way laid out the plane, helped convince us to make.
  • America decided to cut off daylight saving time and not use it anymore after World war 1 ended
  • scene 6 America 1966 the passage of the uniform time act was passed
  • We are officially passing the uniform time act, that will establish that daylight saving time is official in the U.S. There has been many ups and downs, but using collective learning and building off Germany, and Franklin Roosevelt, we have officially made daylight saving time official in the U.S. Each state can choose not to use it but if they do there whole state will have to do the same.
  • Franklin Roosevelt built off of Germany and made a year round daylight saving time day called "war time."
  • Franklin's year round daylight saving time day only lasted for three years, but people said that that day helped the U.S. come up with the idea for the passage and helped them adapt daylight saving time.
  • The uniform time act passage was officially passed in the U.S., and each state could choose to use it or not, but the whole state would have to not use it. Until this day Arizona and Hawaii still don't use daylight saving time.
