- Meet Ella. A girl who's BFFs with the one and only Morgan Middleton. Ella hopes dumping her ex-BFF Sophie was a good idea, and Ella's having fun being in the in-crowd. That is until Morgan starts to be bossy - telling her what to wear, how to act, and telling her not to do - dress like Sophie, act weird, and a new sport Ella's really good at. Ella starts to think about her decision before, and is Morgan a real friend or not?

- Ella lost her phone, and she's starting seventh grade without it. Morgan's also becoming more bossy about things, like how Ella should act and what she should wear. They are also picking and posting nad things about Sophie, Ella's ex-BFF. Ella dumped her ex-BFF Sophie for Morgan, and starts to think about her choice.

- Omigoddess, Ella! What are you doing?! What are you wearing?!
- Ella's problems in the middle of the book. Ella's got a lot of problems, but her main problem is running into Alex, who is Morgan's crush. If Morgan finds out, Ella could get into so much trouble. Ella also relized that Morgan has been dumping Maddy as a friend. #Dunzo Morgan does this pretty often, and before she knew it, and when Kaytee couldn't deliver what Morgan wanted, Morgan dumps her as #FlakyKaytee.
- Ella learns a new sport in gym: Fencing. The teachers say she's really good at it, but Morgan doesn't approve.
- Ella decides to sign up for fencing classes, but she sees someone that she shouldn't be talking to: Alex.
- Ella's stuck in gym class with the last person she wants to see: Sophie.
- Morgan's jealous of Ella getting more followers because of a video clip.
- Near the end, Ella and Alex say goodbye because Ella can't take any more fencing lessons. Somebody takes a photo and posts it on Fotobomb, and Morgan sees it when Ella comes over. Morgan says Ella betrays her, and is being a bad friend. Morgan and Ella allready fought in the night, when Ella couldn't do something Morgan ordered. Morgan orders Ella to be perfect at Ribot entertainment - Riley Quick's (Superstar) team. Ella then decides to stop, and she stops being Morgan's friend.
- You better act perfect at our meeting with Ribot entertainment!
- Ella learns she shouldn've not dumped Sophie and stayed her BFF, because she learned that Morgan wasn't a true friend. Ella wants to be Sophie's friend again. And Ella wants to be herself again. (Not perfect hair, makeup, clothes.) Morgan is probably yelling at her. And Maddy also broke away from Morgan. (Pictured on the top right.)
