  • Casca has a conversation with Cicero. Casca is very concerned about the bad Omens in Rome that he has been seeing. He says that he has seen Owls hooting at noon, fire and storms in the sky, tame lions and more.
  • Act 4, scene 3
  • The conspirators all meet up together to talk to Brutus. They plan to kill Caesar and plot how to do it. Cassius successfully gets Brutus on board to join them.
  • Act 5, scene 3
  • The conspirators get together to go through with their plan. They all stab Caesar, with Casca being the first to do so.
  • Theme statement
  • Brutus and Cassius start to have an argument. Cassius accuses Brutus of ignoring him while they were separated. This argument escalates to Cassius telling Brutus to stab him, but in the end, they make up and are closer than originally.
  • After the majority of Brutus' friends and allies had fallen, he made to choice to fall on his sword and kill himself after asking Clitus and dardanius to kill him first.
  • Often times, choosing not to make an extreme decision and waiting things out is a much better option than acting rashly.
