- This is Harry. Harry was being bullied on Instagram, and after several complaints to Instagram, the behaviour was still continuing. Harry did not want to go to court, but he wanted to take action. Harry decided to go to a complaint body.

- As Harry is in year 12, he does not have a lot of money. Luckily for Harry, just like ombudsmen complaint bodies are free services, that hear disputes, from individuals. Complaint bodies each focus on a particular industry or service. Harry lodged his complaint to the Esafety Commission of Victoria.

- To visit a complaint body, both Harry and Instagram have to agree to resolve, or attempt to resolve the dispute. Harry and Taylor, who is responsible for all cybersafety complaints, go to see Zayn at the complaint body. Zayn cannot tell Harry and Taylor what to do, or make any choices that are binding on them. Taylor tells Harry that she will have his bully removed from Instagram permenently. She also agrees to monitor Harry’s account closely to ensure that a similar incident doesn’t happen again.
