- Twomale patients with approximately 12 and 10 years of age who have first-degreeburns in the upper extremities, require cooling of the wound with cold water,remove clothing and jewelry and give analgesic with paracetamol and we coverthe wound to avoid infection.
- 13-year-old female patient who is at the exit of the diningroom, asks for help, at the time of the evaluation she presents a fracture inher arm due to the fall of debris where she was trapped, because she is apatient who can get complicated for the fracture and hemorrhage you can wait,but give initial treatment with compression and analgesia for pain.
- 30-year-old patient who was unconscious during the evaluation,we found airway burns due to inhalation of toxic substances such as female CO2and second and third degree burns in upper and lower extremities, requiringimmediate treatment and transfer due to airway compromise.
- Two patients with an approximate age of 40 to 60 years, inwhom no vital signs are evident or respond to stimuli, which have thecharacteristics of a fourth degree burn, it is required to call legal medicinedue to the cessation of vital signs for more than 20 min and cadaverousphenomena are evident.
