- Hey there rectangle dude, how are you doing.
- Doing pretty good, about to change the world and all that. Just gotta wait on my ride, you should come along.
- Alright, where are you from?
- Im called the American Rescue Plan Act. He wants me to first convince majority of the legislative branch and then the president to bring back oversea Americans
- Ya see, i'm actually a bill from the chamber of congress. I was proposed by a very smart senator.
- Or what about after that step and the President Vetoes/does not approve of you.
- Thats wild, what will you do if majority of congress doesnt approve of you.
- Luckily though i'm confident in myself. When i'm in front of the president he will sign me. If he doesn't though, I will be sent back and have a chance to be renegotiated and edited.
- I try not to think about it cause that first scenario is the most harsh. They either kill me, ignore me till I die, or what i'm hoping for, pass me forward to the president.
- Some Time Later After making it through the first stage, getting approved by majority of congress...
- I think its an amazing idea! Your senator sure is smart to sponsor you. I'm going to sign you immediately. Prepare to become reality my boy!
