- CLIMAX
- The guy from Maw and Meggins came to Mr and Mrs. White’s house. Then he said that Herbert died from the machinery at the place that he was working at. The compensation for him is 200 pounds which is what Mr. White wished for while he was holding the monkey’s paw.
- I'm really sorry to say this but, your son Herbert was caught in the machinery... the compensation for him is 200 pounds
- I wish for my son to be alive again!
- Mrs. White begs Mr. White to grab the monkey's paw and give it to her to return her son back to life. Mr. White thinks that she is out of her mind but still grabs it and gives it to her. She wishes that her son- Herbert is back alive again. A little bit later, they hear a knock on the door.
- FALLING ACTION
- Mr, White wants Mrs. White to not open the door because he was scared. Mrs. White says that it is her son and that Mr. White is scared of her own son. Mr. White gets a feeling to go and grab the monkey's paw. Then, Mrs. White opens the door and there is nothing there.
- RESOLUTION
- I can't wait to see my boy!
- I wish!.....
