  • Hamlet didn't want to talk, but he was still polite.
  • Ophelia, you need to talk to Hamlet and get to the bottom of this.
  • Rosencrantz and Guildenstern (left) report to the King and Queen (center). They tell him that Hamlet acting strange and they don't know why. The king decides Ophelia should confront him. The King and Polonius plan to hide and watch the confrontation.

  • The King, Polonius, and Ophelia discuss what Hamlet said. Polonius tells the King he shouldn't speak with the Queen on these matters yet. The King decides to send Hamlet to England.
