- Exposition
- Mr. Jones was the owner of Manor Farm. He was very drunk all the time. He never took good care of the animals.
- This whiskey tastes really good. I feel really tires. I'm going to sleep.
- Yeah, he always gets too drunk and never takes good care of us. We're always starving.
- I'm really hungry, when is he going to feed us.
- Glisser: 2
- Rising Action
- Old Major was a pig on the farm. He was the oldest animal on the farm. All the animals went to the barn to hear his speech.
- Comrades, Mr. Jones doesn't treat us right. We should rebel against him.
- All men are enemies. All animals are comrades!
- Rebellion!!
- Glisser: 3
- Rising Action
- A few days after Old Major's speech, he dies. Later, the animals kick Mr. Jones off the farm. He is very scared. Then, the new pigs, Snowball, Napoleon, and Squealer start taking control and rename Manor Farm to Animal Farm.
- The Seven Commandments: 1) Whatever goes upon two legs is an enemy. 2) Whatever goes upon four legs, or has wings, is a friend. 3) No animal shall wear clothes.4) No animal shall sleep in a bed.5) No animal shall drink alcohol. 6) No animal shall kill any other animal. 7) All animals are equal.
- I think we should rename the farm to Animal Farm because it's only animals living here. And we should really change up the rules, in order for us to survive and always be equal.
- Oh noo! I need to leave!
- I agree! And you should too!
- That's right! Get out!
- Ok, then I agree too.
