- The Indus Valley is located in modern countries of Pakistan and Northern India. The Civilization existed about 5000 years ago. The Closest river to us is the Indus River.
- Mud Bricks Are Also Made to sustain Harsh Weather Because when houses were made they stacked the bricks on top of each other.
- We build our houses out of mud bricks, Mud bricks are very affordable to use to make houses, that is why we make our houses of mud bricks.
- The Dirty water Would flow from pipes out of the house to a drain in the street.
- In most Indus Cities every one had access to clean water. In our bathrooms people would stand over a brick shower tray and tip water on themselves from a jar. This is important because we need to be clean for the next activity.
- The great bath can be used for more than rituals. We use it for clearing the mind and to bathe sometimes.
- The Rituals in the great bath to cause the forgiveness of transgressions.
- Seals is a tag for what people want the item for in trading. We make these by putting them into a mold and carving out what they want. We let the mold dry then we tag the item.
- These are important to know what other people want for the item
- Beads, Pots, Cotton, Cloth and even clothes these are all examples of what we would trade.
- trade was important because some resources could be very much needed in certain area.
