- 1st amendment: This amendment allows the united state citizens to have freedom of speech, press, and religion. The right to assemble and to petition the government.

- 2nd amendment: This amendment allows the right to bear arms, meaning that people are allow to carry and own weapons for self defense.
- i sentenced you to pick trash for the rest of your life for the theft of stealing a candy bar !
- 3rd amendment: This amendment guarantee that soldiers are not allowed boarding and quartering, meaning that they do not have the right to stay at your house without your permission
- the government can not take away my rights even if they are not written in the constitution
- 4th, 5th, and 6th amendment: The 4th amendment guarantee that houses can not be searched without warrant and probable cause. This is search and seizure. The 5th amendment stated that you can not be charged for the same thing twice. The 6th amendment establish rights of the accused trial.
- 7th and 8th amendment: The 7th amendment allows the right to a jury trial in certain cases. the 8th amendment guarantee that there should be no cruel or unusual punishments.
- i can not be punished in a unusual way, i have the right to no cruel or unusual punishments
- 9th and 10th amendment: The 9th amendment guarantee that you are allow to have other rights that is not listed in the constitution. Even though it is not written, it doesnt mean that it can be taken away. The 10th amendment stated that all powers not given to the federal government in the constitution belong to the states and the people.
