The meeting should have detailed discussions and meaningful response and feedback. It needs to be discussed on all the possibilities a student should be included in the classroom

Every team member needs to show up to an IEP Meeting. The team should be able to answer. "Which IEP team member is responsible to supervise and ensure the appropriate education service for this child?"

Ask a teacher if they have covered the base of the challenges that will have to be faced when forming an IEP for a student

In an IEP Meeting the members need to discuss the students strengths. So they can identify and enhance the goals needed to take place for the students needs.
Using the weakness that the team is already aware of, can help prepare for the IEP process, instead of waiting for the students weaknesses to occur within the process.
