  • Hello Lian, You looked to be in good health and perfect today. What's your secret to be looking so great?
  • Photosynthesis is the process through which green plants and other creatures use sunlight to produce food from carbon dioxide and water.
  • Thank you for the compliment, Dex. My secret is a chemical reaction known as photosynthesis.
  • Photosynthesis takes place within the Chloroplast.
  • Cellular respiration is a method used by bees. Cellular respiration is a series of metabolic events and processes that occur in organisms' cells to transform chemical energy from oxygen molecules or nutrients into adenosine triphosphate (ATP), after which we discharge waste products.
  • We really produce energy in a very similar manner. The sole distinction is that butterflies do not photosynthesize.
  • Now Dex I have something to ask you. I've been wanting to ask you this, how do butterflies generate energy?
  • Yeah, sure. C6H1206+02 -> 6 C02 + 6 H20 is the equation for cellular respiration. Glucose and oxygen are the reactants, whereas water, carbon dioxide, and ATP are the products.
  • Could you please tell me about the photosynthesis products and reaction?
  • Could you please show me the cellular respiration equation?
  • The three processes for cellular respiration are glycolysis, the Krebs cycle, and the electron transport chain, or ETC.
  • That is similar to cellular respiration, but we have three major steps.
  • Photosynthesis is divided into two stages: light dependent reactions and light independent reactions.
  • Of course, the photosynthesis equation is H2O+CO2+sunlight = C6H12O6 and O2.
  • CO2, sunlight, and H2O are the reactants. Glucose and oxygen are the products.
  • Photosynthesis produces glucose, which is subsequently utilized in cellular respiration to produce ATP or energy. Photosynthesis products are the reactants for cellular respiration. The same is true for cellular respiration; the products of cellular respiration serve as reactants in photosynthesis.
  • So, how does photosynthesis relate to cellular respiration?
  • Could you give me an example of how they're connected?
  • 6 H20+ 6 CO2 (6 Water plus 6 Carbon Dioxide)
  • Light Energy
  • This creates ATP, and heat energy

  • Photosynthesis
