- )ver the years Evolution has taken a big impact on mankind, The process of evolution involves a series of natural changes that cause species (populations of different organisms) to arise, adapt to the environment, and become extinct. All species or organisms have originated through the process of biological evolution.
- EVOLUTION
- Biogeography, the study of how organisms are distributed geographically, sheds light on when and how possible species may have evolved. Fossils reveal evidence of long-term evolutionary changes and reveal the presence of extinct species in the past.Another instance of how evolution and geography interact is the evolution of rare species on islands. For instance, marsupials make up the majority of the mammal species in Australia.
