Texte du Storyboard

  • Introduction
  • Hey there, I am Soraya Christian-Hare and today I'm going to teach you how to make orange and honey seed biscuits. This recipe makes 30 biscuits, takes 10 minutes to prepare and 12 minutes to cook.
  • Hygiene
  • Tie any long hair up.
  • Don't sneeze or cough over the food.
  • Have a clean bench space to cook with.
  • Try to take most of the jewellery off your hands.
  • Wash your hands.
  • Safety
  • Wash up all equipment, so nobody with allergies to what was used gets sick.
  • Follow all instructions.
  • Wear oven mitts when using the oven.
  • Keep the biscuits in the oven for the amount of time set and don't keep them in for long once fully cooked.
  • Don't give this dish to anyone with allergies to the ingredients.
  • When zesting your orange, be very careful not to cut yourself.
  • This will be a shot of me near the bench and talking directly to the camera.
  • Ingredients
  • The ingredients needed are; half a cup of pitted dates, one cup of raw almonds, half a cup of pumpkin seeds and half a cup of sunflower seeds, a quarter of a cup of honey, one egg, one tablespoon of coconut oil, one zested and juiced orange, half a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda and a handful of extra sunflower seeds. You will also need to use a measuring cup, blender or food processor, two to three baking trays and baking paper.
  • I will present a variety of photos in this section.
  • Method
  • Firstly, pre-heat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius or 180 degrees Celsius, fan-forced and line the baking trays with baking paper.
  • Next, pour the dates into your blender or food processor.
  • I will do the same technique as shown in the box to the left.
  • Method
  • This could be a shot as shown here or a shot of all the ingredients with a voiceover.
  • I will show an image of the oven or baking equipment during this part.
  • A close-up of the dates will be shown here.
