- Once, there was a homeless man who was on trial for being in the posession of drugs.
- The drugs were his way of coping with homelessness because he was struggling mentally. However, he felt very guilty.
- The judge took pity on the homeless man, so he overruled the sentence and let him go free.
- The homeless man confessed his crimes to the judge and was honest about the reason for why he had drugs.
- The court overrules the defendant's sentence.
- The man left the courthouse. He was free as a reward for his confession and honesty!
- While the homeless man was celebrating, he recognized a celebrity entering the building. He asked him for some money, but the celebrity ignored him.
- Instead of feeling bad or guilty, the celebrity tried to use his fame to get out of his sentence.
- The celebrity was also on trial for being in posession of drugs.
- Do you even know who I am?!
- Your fame and wealth have no value here. The court sentences you to 3 years in prison.
- The judge did not like the celebrity's excuse. He said...
- Because the homeless man suffered from drug abuse and confessed, he was rewarded for his honesty.
- However, because the wealthy man did not confess, but tried to bargain with his fame, he was prosecuted.
