- The prices are getting too expensive, I should go to somewhere more affordable.
- Jimmy is a newly graduate trying to enter the workforce in San Francisco. He is being effected by San Francisco's push factors of being too expensive / life being to expensive. Instead he will move somewhere more affordable.

- I can't believe my starting salary here, it is almost double what my old one was in the suburbs.
- Sarah moved to a more populous city for economic benefit reasons. She was pulled in by the city's economic intervening opportunity this means she is getting paid much more. She is being paid more for working in a place with more demand for jobs.

- Forced and Voluntary Migration
- I'm sorry but I must leave because of the danger I am in here, take care.
- Samuel is being forced to flee the nation and leave his family because of the danger that his current location has on him. By staying any longer he is in danger of being hurt, or getting other hurt. He does not want to do this but he must now an asylum seeker from that danger pose to him.
