- i cant wait for science we get to learn about a scientific method. I want to know why frogs sit on lily pads

- I think frogs sit on lily pads to be in a safe place while they are getting heat from the sun. I will check to see if my hypothesis is correct by typing that question into google.
- I am going to try out my experiment by watching the frogs at Scout Lake to see if I can figure out why they are sitting on lily pads.
- I noticed that frogs sat on lily pads in the sun for long amounts of time. I did not see them getting eaten by predators. So my hypothesis was correct! Frogs sit on lily pads to get warm. I learned that they also stay on lily pads to be safe from their predators.
