- Zuri is a young girl and protagonist of the story has thick curly hair. Her hair becomes a problem when she tries to comb and style it
- Climax
- Zuri decided on a hairstyle that she found on a blog with tutorials, she came across the problem that styling her hair by herself was difficult to do. So started to give up.
- Falling Action
- Zuri thought she would never she would never get the hairstyle she wanted because it didn't work the first time.
- Resolution
- Later, Zuri ran off to another room in frustration. Her father ran after her, but he was too late because she had already locked the door shut. He soon heard noises coming from the room she was locked in. "It just takes a little time and a lot of love", were the only word he could he clearly. This was the phrase came from the blog that he mother made.
- After Zuri soon came out of the locked room she locked determined and so did her dad to attempt to do her hair again. They rewatched the video and took their time being mindful of every step in her mother's video.
- After all of the struggling and perseverance, they finally got the hairstyle Zuri had wanted. They went on with their special day with going to the hospital to see her sick mother. The mother was very proud of Zuri and her father for trying something new.
