- In 1700 parlement started to tax it colines. such as the tea act that put a tax on tea for the people they also were cut out of the tea trade this made the colinist angry Another exampel is the stamp act that put a tax on paper this made the colinist very angry
- someone threw a club at me so I shot into the crowd

- March 5 1770 A young hair dresser acused a british solder of not paying for his wig. he said that there is no gentelmen in the brithish army this makes the brithish solder Hugh montgomry angry so he punches the hair dresser named Edward Garrick . this causes a fight and this is what causes the Boston Massacre
- Meanwhile in another part of Boston a group of five solders tried to put out a mob .the mob started to threw snowballs and rock so the solder left and hey found Hugh montgmery so they went to the old coustams house.A mob formed and started to threw rocks snowballs .
- hugh you were charged with manslughter so you have to leave the army
- Angry mob threw stones at the solders . Someone threw a club and it hit hugh Montgemery and with out another thought he fired into the crowd. This killed five people and wounded eight .
- The next day a town metting was held for the murders of five people. samual adams was the leader and jhon adams was present . Jhon adams help protect the solders .

- the resultas were that huge montgomery and one other solder were guilty of mansluther. the other solder were let go. this made the colinist angry this is why this was a cause of the American revoltion.
