- rose in the valley of Cuzco and their first ruler is a descendent of the sun god

- their religion was based off of praising a descendent of a sun god. their culture was 12 million people with one language and they used Quipu to record records
- achievements of this empire
- the incas had many traditions they lived by. they also had extended families. One main thing was called mita which was labor (tributes) if you worked and did this labor then you would be cared for.
- how the empire fell
- their system was a monopoly system. they had a supporting community and they had demand tributes which was them opaying to not get attacked. this empire was similar to socialism and when you work for the state thats how you get cared for.
- some achievements this empire has is they made a unique way of writing and documenting which had knots and colors for reading instead of normal words. this was called quipu. they made a road system that's connects them to other places easily.
- huayna was the leader at the time and he had two sons. he soon died due to smallpox so the empire was evenly split between his two sons but suddenly that started a civil war. this is a main reason how this amazing empire had a big decline.
