- Some of my strengths is that I am creative, good with people, and I can multi-task. Some of my weaknesses are that I have trouble asking for help, I tend to get off task, and I can procrastinate at times.
- Yes please, with proper training and lots of hard work I truly believe I'll make a great addition to your company.
- I see. Well in that case, would you be interested in a training program?
- Well with my strengths, skills, and creativity, i'm sure I can come up with great ideas. I'm also experienced as a salesperson and great with customers. I'll be able to bring great new things into this company.
- I'm glad you have these great qualities that will help us improve our company.
