- exposition: Mr. Leonard Mead is the main character. The story takes place in November 2053, on a street at night
- inciting incident: He takes a walk at night and notices that he is the only one on the streets. He observes other people in their houses watching television.
- I wonder what the people are watching on television
- hmmm..this place is deserted
- Just walking around to get some fresh air. I am not married and I do not have a viewing screen at my house
- rising action: when Mr.Mead is walking towards his home, he sees a bright light shining that is coming towards him. He realizes that is the police car. The police car started questioning him.
- Why are you doing outside so late? Do you have a viewing screen at your house? Are you married?
- but..
- Get in the car.
- Climax: The police car told Mr. Mead to get in the car.
- falling action: the police told Mr. Mead that he wasn't going to jail. He was going to another place. They passed Mr. Meads house and he said That's my house but no one answered
- falling action; The police is taking Mr. Mead to the Psychiatric Center for Research on Regressive Tendencies
- We are taking you to the Psychiatric Center for Research on Regressive Tendencies.
