- The woman of the family go to nearby rivers to collect water but the water is almost never clean.
- People in Niger don't have easy access to health care and if they do it isn't good or cheap.
- The health problems in Niger have been getting better because of help from other countries. One example of this is setting up water fountains close to people's homes.
- Other countries have also set up basic health clinics so people can get basic health care.
- Thanks to help from other countries the people of Niger have better health.
