- Greetings, President Jackson. I represent the south and we support low tariffs as we import a lot of our goods. High tariffs will hurt our farming way of life.
- Hello, John C. Calhoun. What are you needing?
- To solve this chaos, I will pass the Force Bill. which will give me the power to enforce federal laws. I will order troops to enforce this tariff, but a compromise will be made, Mr. Vice President.
- Hello, Mr. President. After the Tariff of Abominations, the southern states have suffered as the prices of our imported goods have skyrocketed. I have started a movement in South Carolina, and we believe a state has the right to nullify a federal law if we don't support it.
- Hello, John C. Calhoun. We need a compromise to stop this chaotic crisis!
- Sounds good! For now...
- I have an idea! We should negotiate to lower tariffs, while keeping the Southern States a part of the Union! Will this work?
