  • Canada has five main parties they are Liberal, Conservative, New democratic party, Green party, and Bloc Quebecois

  • In Canada most elections end in a majority government
  • A Majority government is when a political party wins half of the available seats in Parliament
  • A majority government can easily win most votes
  • Minority Government
  • A minority government is when an election ends and NO party has more then half of the votes
