- She is in a sad mood right now so she is releasing serotonin while she is sleeping . Serotonin is an aromatic amine neurotransmitter that controls several physiological functions, such as mood, sleep, and anxiety.After the nap she felt relieved and happy about that.
- Wow! I think I needed that nap really bad , now I feel so much calm and light , I am ready to continue my day better
- Ben was having a really exciting game at his school because it was against the biggest rivals he had ever played with. The adrenaline and excitement was a lot that even though he scratched his knee he continued playing .
- We are so happy of what you accomplished even though you scratched your knee
- It hurts but all was worth it
- Dopamine is released when you are doing something you like that you could repeatedly do until you're tired. By doing something you like, for example listening to music , it produces a lot of dopamine in your body.
