- Desiree was abandoned by a group of texans, when monsieur saw her sleep.When she awoke she began crying for her dad.

- Armand meets Desiree and he instantly falls in love. They then get married and have a baby.
- Conflict
- LEAVE AND DONT COME BACK!!!!
- People who see the baby get an idea that something is unusual about it. Desiree and Armand realize that the baby's skin is the same color as a Negro.
- Resolution
- * Louder crying noises*
- When the baby was three months old Armand refused to talk to her and avoided her.He completely ignored the child so she called her husband and demanded to know what it meant,his response to her was that the child was not white and neither was she.
- After finding out this information Armand yells and tells Desiree to get out of here. so Desiree leaves.

- Desiree left with the baby and nobody saw her or the baby again.
