- i think our horse is so loud that it chased off all the game :(

- we have been out for so long and we havent found anything!
- Mesopotamia
- yeah, now we dont have to wait so long for the river to flood :D
- our irrgation system makes agriculture much easier :D
- ancient Egypt
- wow, are you the new pharaoh
- yes, now i rule over all of egypt
- Hunters and gatherers are people that travel and search for food. They hunt for game, like bison, and gather plants, like herbs and berries. Hunters and gatherers only took one break, and they used it to sleep. In the day time, they followed game and searched for edible plants all day.
- Greece
- we are stranded on one of the stranded islands of greece
- Mesopotamia is where the irrigation system was developed. The irrigation system helped make farming more easy. The water source they used flooded every now and then, washing their crops away when it did. So, they made the irrigation system, making the water reach their crops and having it provide water equally.
- Athens
- hi i am a merchant and i am trading carrot seeds
- In Egypt, they had a ruler called the pharaoh. The Egyptians worshiped and respected the pharaoh a lot since they thought that the pharaoh was part god. When the pharaoh died, their bodies were preserved through mummification. This helped their body reach the afterlife.
- Sparta
- man i wanna go back home :(
- yeah i dont like being a spartan helot :/
- Greece had a lot of mountains. Due to this, they established city states, bordered by the mountains. Greece also had lots of islands as well, scattered throughout its ocean. Each city state thought of itself as it being a country on its own.

- Athens is a city state in Greece. Unlike some other city states, the Athens were very open minded. They traded with other places. They also liked to share their ideas with other places, and other places shared their ideas with Athens.
- oh wow i think my mom needs that, what should i trade for them?
- Sparta is also a city state in Greece. It was very different from Athens, though. Sparta mainly focused on strength and discipline. They also captured slaves, called helots, and also made them work for them in war.
