- Top level ManagerTop level manager is the person responsible for the operation actions of the whole organization. They develop a vision fo the businiess goals and proceed to manage to achieve those goals for their organization's future.Our business is lacking on staff, I need more human resources in this building to provide for our restaurant, they need to be able to work on a flexible scheduele.
- Middle Level ManagerMiddle level manager is the person responsible to apply the top-level manager's vision onto the business. They develop short-term plans within the year or next year to achieve those goals.I've put out flyers throught the city on the online website for our restaurant. Many canditates are interesnted on the jobs we offer. You need to interview them and see who is expirenced to work here.
- First Level ManagerFirst level manager is the one who is taking the vision and plan to existence. They are responsible for the employees their day-to-day activities on the job.You seem a nice fit for this job, I will be hiring you and showing you how things are done for your job, welcome to the business.
