- After my treatment, I was sent back home as Covid cases began to rise. It has been 3 years and I haven't gone back to Barts, as I can check on my pacemaker on app on my phone. I now volunteer at a park as well as Garden as Gardening is one of my passions. I live life to the fullest as I know that each new day is like a new opportunity to do something.
- Rosie, I am so glad you are awake. Your 1 hour procedure unfortunately turned into a 8 hour procedure. We had to also replace the wires of your pacemaker. While doing this your artery had got torn. The Scar tissue prevented the tear from reaching your heart and the tear had begun healing on it's own, which had led us to induce you into a 3 day coma so that your body can slow down and that the tear repairs by itself.
