- Hey! why would you do that!? That hurt!
- No I didn't, you can't blame me for something I didn't do. I'm allowed to do that.
- You fouled me!
- Why don't we listen to both sides of the story and calm down a bit?
- It was a bright sunny day and Andrea and Melissa were classmates who were playing a one-on-one basketball game on the basketball court. Melissa pushed Andrea so that she wouldn't score and made her miss the goal.
- Yeah you pushed me over so that I didn't get the goal!
- Andrea blames Melissa for fouling her but she doesn't think she did.
- I'm sorry I didn't realise that pushing wasn't allowed. Are you ok? I will try not to do it next time.
- The teacher explains that this may all be a miss understanding and that there is no need to overreact.
- That's ok. Thank you for apologising. Why don't we continue to play?
- The altercation continued and she accused Melissa again.
- Melissa apologised for accidentally fouling her as she didn't realise that pushing wasn't allowed.
- Andrea accepted the appology and they continued to play the game.
