  • 1984 Chapter 7: Winston Hopes for a Revolution
  • I hope for an overthrow in Big Brother and the party that's with the proles.
  • Chapter 7: Big Brother continues to spread lies in order for more people to follow him and gain his trust for furthermore power.
  • 
  • I am your leader Big Brother. We the party aren't your enemy. We will continue to help all people who follow us and provide support. 
  • Chapter 7: Winston finds and copies a passage from a textbook he had found. It talked about capitalism, he couldn't believe how much it lied. The passage was filled with false information.
  • RIP!
  • Maybe life in Oceania was better before the revolution. But I just cant find it in myself to lose to Big Brother.
  • Chapter 7: Winston recalls about a photo he took 11 years ago. He remembers of the three men but only two of their names being, Jones, Aaronson, and Rutherford. They were former leaders of the revolution who were exposed and put away and punished. They then were released and Winston had taken a photo that could of proved their innocence. But it was to late, Winston didn't want to break the news and have them reach havoc.
  • On that day 11 years ago I remember taking a picture of those three men that were trying to save us with a revolution. What did I do to that picture! Oh my, I forgot I destroyed it.
  • What have I done. I could of stopped all of this nonsense and ended Big Brother's plan, or at least gotten some help.
  • Chapter 7: Winston is mystified by what the Party's reasons are for continuisly falsing the past and horrified that what the Party main goal is. The Party takes Winston for granted and doesn't think he'd have the guts to start a revolution.
  • *ANGER, PAIN*

  • I am your leader Big Brother. We the party aren't your enemy. We will continue to help all people who follow us and provide support. 
  • He's a liar! Nobody believe him, he only wants power. Everything is a LIE!
  • *Winston's thoughts*- I need to wake up, and so does everybody else.
  • I know I am right and people will see that. I know that Big Brother and the party are only making things worse. I am in the right here. It's time. I know it is. It's time for me to stand up and start this thing whether or not people stand with me or not. The Revolution has begun.
  • Chapter 7: As Winston heads back home he realizes he's been writing the dairy to O'Brien. Although some of Winston's mind is telling he is at his limit and he is wrong. Winston himself knows he is right about Big Brother and the Party. He says the freedom from which all others freedoms follow, he decides is the freedom to see reality for what it is. To not have anyone control you, and to be able to think for yourself.
