My inquiry argument that is explaining how my company (Target) values help society

- The Feudal honor code of Bushido represents the values of their respective society because they knew how to be polite to others and were able to show their enemies compassion.
- In Feudal Japan, the Japanese Samurai warriors followed different codes of Bushido.They were called Honor, Integrity, Courage, Respect, Duty Loyalty, Honesty, and Compassion.
- Compassion from Bushido can mean that, "True warriors have no reason to be cruel. They do not need to prove their strength. Warriors are courteous even to their enemies."
- Companies tend to treat others in a way that makes them feel respected. They also make sure to include them into their community so they can feel welcomed.
- In todays society just like Samurai, people show compassion.
- People and companies make sure that everyone is treated well and they make sure to help them when they need it.
- At Target, we try to have inclusivity because we want to show compassion and be able to include our employees. We also try to act with respect to try and make a great experience for everyone that comes to our store.
- Working at Target is great because you'll always get treated with respect and everyone is welcome to come and shop here.
- From my perspective ever since Me and other employees started working here we have been getting treated respectfully.
