- Macrophage (Police Officer) encounters, eats a pathogen (Robber) floating in the blood. It breaks down and displays the pathogen's antigens (Information). It helps activate other immune cells.

- The helper T cell (Sheriff) interacts with antigens displayed by macrophages. The helper T then stimulate and activate killer T (Special Officers) and B cells (Special Officers).
- Here have the heist's information. I swear I don't know anything.

- B cells known as plasma B cells (Special Officers) produce special weapon called antibodies.
- Plasma B cells (Special Officers) use antibodies to fight specific pathogens. Each antibody only works against one specific antigen.

- Once a pathogen has been tagged by antibodies, it is easier for macrophages to find and destroy them.
